I'm a fully qualified and insured Trauma-Informed Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mind Coach with additional extensive training in Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I am also a trained EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), which is the evidence-based recommended therapy used to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, and I offer a professional, confidential therapy service.  

I have expertise in the areas of Emotional Trauma (including Generational Trauma), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD, Anxiety, Coercive Control, Narcissistic Abuse, Fertility Issues and Psychosexual Dysfunction. 

I was born and grew up in Derby, England, and I initially trained as a Counsellor in the 1990’s.  After a career in Project Management in the automotive industry and then the aerospace industry, I went on to carry out my Foundation Level and Advanced Level Hypnosis training and qualifications with the Past Life Regression Academy (PLRA) in 2012. I continued my training with the Transformations School of Clinical Hypnosis (Nottingham) before qualifying with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Mind Coaching and have been in full-time clinical practice since 2014.  I continue to train as I love to learn!

I have worked from clinics in Derby, Nottingham, Mayfair (London) and Harley Street (London).  Since Covid, I carry out all of my work from my home clinic in Derby, or across the globe on Zoom.
