About Karen

I was born in Canada.

In my previous life I have worked in Advertising and Interior Design. I have been settled in Wales for the last 18 years.

Now retrained as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist I have achieved my dream of helping others in a positive and life changing way. The mind is a very powerful tool. It can hold us back or be accessed to enable us to achieve our greatest potential. Through my excellent training I have learnt the skills to access the subconscious mind and make positive changes for my clients.
