About Deborah
"Every new day is a chance to change your life". My job as a counselor is to help you make the change in your life that will bring you to a better place. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues or having problems with adjustment to any new life situation, things can get better with help through counseling. I have a special fondness for working with people who struggle with addictions (drug, alcohol, gambling, eating, etc). Addictions are a coping skill that can be replaced with more healthy choices. Working together we will find a better way!
