Living and working in beautiful Colorado, I am a licensed psychotherapist (since 1999) and certified hypnotherapist (since 2008). I combine my love for helping others with a strong interest in working with people from diverse backgrounds (LGBTQ supportive and culturally aware). My world view is progressive and inclusive. I see adults at my office in Thornton, a suburb of Denver, Colorado. I am available for intensives up to half-days, as well as 60-90 minute sessions. I created the name Mentoring Heart Hypnotherapy to highlight my relational and humanistic approach, as well as to represent that I help clients find their own mentoring heart to nurture, support and encourage them from within. My practice focus spans psychological issues, such as anxiety and depression, self-esteem, habit change, phobias, and pain management. I offer a free brief consultation virtually so that a prospective client can become a little more familiar with me and I can learn about their goals and aspirations for hypnotherapy.
