About Paul
Hi, I'm Paul Taylor, a hypnotherapist here in Tunbridge Wells town centre and also online via Zoom, VSee etc.
I specialise in the use of hypnosis with elements of CBT, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Techniques for stress management and anxiety and related issues such as anger, behavioural issues, chronic eczema, migraines, hypertension, IBS, panic attacks, phobias, sexual problems and more.
I am DBS checked for your reassurance and hold several specialist certifications including Certified Anxiety & Phobia Specialist Practitioner and REWIND FOR TRAUMA THERAPY - a simple, quick yet effective treatment for Trauma / PTSD that does not use hypnosis nor does it require you to discuss any traumatic events.
I'm also one of a small number of hypnotherapists qualified in hypnoanalysis- a very specialist type of therapy that combines analytical techniques with hypnosis to bring about profound and permanent change in just a few weeks.
