About Amanda
I'm Amanda Aldridge. I have in the past worked in the fast paced life as a Tour Manager and also the education sector. I witnessed in both of these roles the pressures of life and how they affect both adults and children and the pressure cooker environment we live in.
I studied hypnotherapy at Writtle College and gained my qualification to set up my practice in 2009.
I have worked with clients having confidence issues, anxiety, panic attacks and lack of self belief to overcome their issues which in some way has prevented them from moving forward. Many clients have returned to me with other areas in their life that they have required help in and recommended my services to friends and colleagues. I continue to progress through workshops and professional development seminars.

Success
Having failed my driving test 4 times, it was recommended that I book an appointment with Amanda. I had 3 sessions with her prior to my test. Amanda was friendly, confident and very professional. I had never experienced hypnotherapy before and didn't know what to expect. She explained everything in our initial consultation. I went on to pass my test, feeling confident and in control on the day. A very big thank you for giving me my independence. Lorna
