About Barbara
I worked for many years as a Dental Hygienist and completed a course in hypnotherapy to help people with dental phobia overcome their fears. This was so successful that I soon realised how powerful hypnotherapy can be - helping someone through the power of the mind.
I went on to train to become a clinical hypnotherapist with the London Hypnotherapy Academy and now work from a relaxing therapy room in my home in Sidcup, where I would love to welcome you and help you to make positive changes.
I specialise in Dental Phobia, Trichotillomania ( hair pulling) and Performance Anxiety ( stage fright).

I have seen many clients for dental phobia over the last 20 years and since my full training with The London Hypnotherapy Academy I have seen a number of clients for many different conditions.
I regularly attend extra training and last year completed and received a diploma for working with clients with medical conditions.
