About Cathy
After having hypnotherapy myself some years ago and discovering the benefits I received through it, I decided to make some life changes. I went onto studied at The Contemporary College of Therapeutic Studies and I am a now fully qualified Integrative Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I am also a certified NLP Practitioner. I have also just finished training in advance Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
