About Anna
Anna Walker is the founder of New Forest Life Coach. Anna is a trained Hypnotherapist, Life Coach NLP and Reiki Practitioner. Anna can help you deal with Weight loss, Phobias, Stress Management, Confidence Building, Pain Control, Smoking Cessation, Depression, Insomnia, Baby Blues and many more.
Formerly a Solicitor, Anna found she enjoyed helping people improve their quality of life and wanted to change her own ‘direction’ to enable her to practice actively in that field, so she re-trained in Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming, and also became a practitioner in the use of the rather technical-sounding Neuro Affective Desensitisation Technique. Anna decided to train in this particular technique to help those suffering as the result of ‘difficult’ births, troublesome phobias or the all-too-common and unwelcome effects of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
