I am a qualified EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) Practitioner.Qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Registered Nurse for 20 years with experience of Oncology.
Trained also in Emotional Freedom Therapy,
I love helping people to maximise their potential. My journey as a therapist has enabled me to help my clients move forward with their self defeating behaviours. Any discussions are in strictest confidence and under the framework of the professional body association

Highly Recommended
I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough! My teenage children have seen Caroline for various issues, all are much improved and getting on with life now. Caroline has used a combination of hypnotherapy and counselling to achieve these results.
I would absolutely recommend anyone who needs help with anxiety or self esteem issues to contact Caroline.
