As a qualified nurse, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT) and NLP Life Coach I can offer you a personalised treatment plan to create positive lasting change in the areas of your life you would like to achieve success.
I have over 25 years’ experience working as a nurse in the past within the NHS both in the clinical and mental health field. With my vast knowledge and experience I can help you remove the limitations that stops you from exploring your potential. Enabling you to live life without fear, anxiety, stress lack of self-confidence, limiting beliefs or restrictive habits and behaviours.
Hypnotherapy can help to transform your life in many areas where you desire change. It is a fast effective way of changing unwanted habits, fears and phobias and to manage your weight, increase self-esteem, enhance confidence, and improve motivation and focus.
I offer a professional and confidential programme of treatment using a wide range of techniques including Hypnosis, CBT, NLP, Mindfulness and Coaching which helps clients achieve results quickly and effectively to support their goals on what they wish to achieve.
Hypnotherapy is short-interaction therapy normally 2-5 sessions depending on individual needs.
Through the combinations of therapies and my experience as a health practitioner, I can help you achieve the changes you desire, enabling you to achieve better health, to stop smoking, reduce your weight, improve sleep and eliminate old habits and beliefs that have been holding you back from enjoying life to the full.
I meet with my clients from my practice in Basingstoke and from Hook Medical Practice.

Training & Qualifications
I trained as a clinical Hypnotherapist at The Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnosis obtaining a diploma in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) I have undertaken specific training in the application of the Hypnotic Gastric-Band for weight management.
Also hold a Diploma in Personal Development Coaching using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and recently obtained a certificate in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) Level 1.
My working background as a nurse within the NHS has given me a range of skills and techiques which has enabled me to support people through challenges and difficult times in their lives.

Smoking
I was very impressed with Noleen and her therapy, I went to her to give up smoking, I wanted to give up! ..her gentle approach and hypnosis therapy worked and i only needed one session with Noleen. Highly recommend.
