Floppy Bunny Induction Hypnosis Script

Who is this script aimed at?

This Floppy Bunny hypnosis induction script can be used by hypnotherapists and psychotherapists with pre-school age children or by parents with some knowledge of hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques who wish to help their child in developmental areas, i.e. to increase their confidence or help with fears and phobias.  The script will need to be accompanied with another child-friendly script that addresses their specific issue.

Due to their shorter attention span, children't scripts are necessarily shorter than those used for adults, however it should be remembered that children often have wonderful imaginations and you could encourage the child to include some of their own ideas into the script.  For best results we recommend personalising the script, perhaps by including the child's name or if they have a pet rabbit - mentioning the name of their pet.

When used by parents it is often better to wait until bedtime as the child may become tired.  At the end of the treatment script you could also include suggestions of drifting into a comfortable sleep and waking up at their normal waking-up time.
