Glove Anesthesia Relaxation: Mountain Cabin Hypnosis Script

Glove Anesthesia Relaxation: Mountain Cabin

Glove anaesthesia is an advanced hypnosis technique wherein the practitioner is able to create a feeling of numbness in certain parts of the body in an effort to control pain. Detaching from your own body's processes can be an incredible experience. With phenomena such as glove anasthesia, the conscious mind backs away and observes what the unconscious mind is doing. As this begins, practitioners will discover how to let the unconscious mind take control while the other parts of the mind rest.

Glove anaesthesia is a very advanced hypnosis technique and requires a very specific and detailed script. One of the more difficult things in hypnosis, especially in a situation such as this, is to design the things that should be said when working with a client. If you are simply giving them direction such as to sit straighter, or lift their arm, or the goal is to build confidence, then phrases flow more naturally. But in a situation where you are using the words to put them deeper into the trance, and you need a very unique visualization, a pre-written script is invaluable.

The mind has amazing powers when it comes to visualization. The more detailed a description is, the more likely it is to persuade the mind to believe the sensations of the situation are real.

Most people know this from reading books. How many of us have spent an evening engrossed in a fantastic book, actually feeling as if were are experiencing the adventures and feelings of the characters? When your mind and body are relaxed, they are incredibly open to suggestion, especially when the mind finds those suggestions interesting and beneficial.

This script essentially uses a good story, and the detailed visualization of a pleasant atmosphere to affect the subconscious. Many people that use hypnosis simply give direct suggestion such as moving the body in a certain way, but the script allows you or your client to envision another place and time, and use the benefits of that situation to visualize reducing your current, and very real, pain.

This script will appeal to those that are creative or have more creative clients. It will also be extremely helpful to those that have clients that are sceptical about the effects of hypnosis. By getting them to relax and listen to the story, of which they are the main character, they will be focusing on the descriptions instead of their inability to be hypnotized. If you are dealing with someone that is not used to hypnosis, they may have a difficult time understanding the exact control they have over their bodies. But by envisioning a situation that seems unrelated to hypnosis, by being descriptive and entertaining, they will reap the benefits without being distracted by their preconceptions. Experienced practitioners of hypnosis will find this script very helpful.
