The difference between PTSD and ordinary stress usually lies in the event and effects, and therapists will need a range of techniques to help with the various symptoms.

This Trauma Survivor hypnotherapy script session offers 3 different techniques for you to choose from. You may need to select one or all of them, depending on your client.

The first technique helps with pent-up feelings of anger or sadness, common for those who have lost friends or comrades.

The script also uses a variation of eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) techniques and finishes with the White Screen method to help free your client from their negative emotions or thoughts.
