This Trauma Survivor hypnotherapy script session offers 3 different techniques for you to choose from and you may need to select one or all of them, depending on your client.

The first technique helps with pent up feelings of anger or sadness, common for those who have lost friends or comrades.

The script also uses a variation of eye movement desensitization reprocessing techniques (EMDR) and finishes with the White Screen method to help free your client from their negative emotions or thoughts.
