Self Hypnosis Instructions for Clients Hypnosis Script

The therapist will first need to demonstrate this technique with their client and help them to achieve a state of trance, and once the client is in hypnosis, instructions are given to the client to achieve this state by themselves using the same method.

The method used involves the focusing of your client's attention on one finger with appropriate suggestions to take your client into a very deep trance. This technique usually takes between 15 minutes to half an hour depending on your client's suggestibility. Clients can repeat the exercise in their own time and learn to produce a workable trance with a little bit of practice. The words to be spoken to the client are indented for ease of use.

Instructions are also included for you to print and give to your clients to take home as a reminder.

Please note this is not a traditional 5 or 6-page script, and the induction and deepener are part of the self-hypnosis process.
