Imagination and Creativity Hypnosis Script

This Imagination and Creativity hypnosis script uses an unconventional, metaphoric approach which is ideally suitable for path-working and visualization exercises but can also help to develop or strengthen imaginative powers.

The script is written in prose-style as opposed to the traditional method with direct suggestions and asks the listener to imagine several scenarios, some pleasant, others less so.

Research suggests that people who have suffered hardship during life may develop stronger imaginations as they are forced to think of ways to survive or enhance their existence. The script uses this concept (to a lesser degree) by describing opposite variations. Finally, the client is left with a blank canvas onto which they can project their own creative ideas.
