For this induction we use a colour ball lamp with the sound effects turned off and set the color to blue.

The lamp reflects a blue light onto the ceiling. However if you are unable to find this lamp then an up-lighter with a blue bulb will perform equally well.

The reason we chose blue was because this colour has proved effective in producing relaxed and sleepy states and is counter-productive to the hypnotic session.
