Mood Swings Relaxation Hypnosis Script

Erratic mood swings can be a sign of a more serious, underlying condition such as bipolar disorder so if the condition appears out of the blue or for no apparent reason your client must be referred to their GP before attempting to help with hypnosis.

If they are found to have bipolar disorder their psychiatrist will usually advise against using hypnotherapy for anything other than general relaxation as anything more complicated could trigger a psychotic episode.

This script has been written by popular request for clients who would like to stabilise their mood swings and have been reassured that hypnotherapy is safe for them. The script uses a laboratory of their mind visualization to regulate the chemicals responsible for creating the extreme feelings and an anchor to create feelings of peace and harmony.
