ADHD: Curious Baby Relaxation Hypnosis Script

The tense in this script changes from past to present at times, this is intentional to help the client to feel they are remembering and re-experiencing at the same time.

The script is split into two sections which can be adapted in accordance with the client’s concentration span. The latter section, which includes suggestions for future change, follows a fractionization technique, which can be a very powerful method of deepening trance. However, feel free to omit this part if your client appears restless.

A hypnotic metaphor and suggestions enable the client to visualize improving their concentration and feel less restless.
