Fear of Talking to People Hypnosis Script

A fear of talking to people is a form of social anxiety that can make some people feel very uncomfortable in the presence of others. They may be fine when talking to close friends and family but become increasingly agitated, irate and stressed at the thought of interacting vocally with those they hardly know or with strangers.

This hypnotherapy script uses a light mixture of Parts Therapy, anchors and future pacing to help your clients identify the cause of their anxiety and to rehearse situations where they can talk confidently with others. The anchor works as a post-hypnotic suggestion (PHS) to enable them to re-experience the confidence visualized during the session in situations that they would previously find anxious.
