OCD: Balloon Room Hypnosis Script

This script was submitted to us by a 14 year old girl who was suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder and used this method in her own mind to overcome the condition and has been free from OCD since at least 2002.

OCD is a very distressing condition for both sufferers and their loved ones. At the time it seems as though there is no light at the end of the tunnel - but believe me this is a condition that can be cured.

OCD is a psychological disorder that many of us suffer from to a lesser or greater degree: most people with this problem are either perfectionists or they have been subjected to bullying or other stressful conditions during their upbringing.

Hypnotherapy targets the subconscious mind and can help to overcome this problem once and for all.
