How can hypnosis be reversed?
I've heard that meditation techniques can be used to reverse hypnosis. Which techniques would work? Would they work if the hypnotic suggestions are deeply ingrained?

Hi Paul, there is no reason why you couldn't reverse suggestions given in a hypnotherapy session, even if the suggestions are deeply ingrained. Hypnotherapists naturally do this a lot when clients have been negatively hypnotised in the past. You would need to know which suggestions your client wants reversing, however.

Hi Paul, we have a script called Relaxation Reversal which you might be able to adapt to reverse any unwanted suggestions given in a previous hypnotherapy session.
