Terms of endearment

Hi everyone. I naturally speak to people using terms of endearment. They ARE "my love", a "sweetheart", "my dear" or a "darling".

I'm actually wondering whether any of you have included these into a script or, would this breach the professional boundaries and even misconstrued inadvertently as being patronising?

Thank you.
