Irregular heartbeats or arrhythmia
Hello there! Has anyone ever worked with irregular heartbeats or arrhythmia? I haven't and have a client wanting to do some Hypn around it. Any suggestions? Has anyone had any experience with that? Thank you! It only happens when he is in his bedroom though weirdly not when he is away on holiday. It is getting worse though and feeling quite anxious about it.

Thanks for your response. I have worked with this client in the past but coaching him at the time. Now he is asking about having hypn so we are still exploring options at this stage.

Hi Dan,
I am currently seeing someone for the same condition. It's confirmed to be stress-related by the GP, happens a few times during the day up to the point of feeling dizzy with palpitations etc.
I only just started with him this week so at the moment, I am thinking about focusing on deep relaxation and looking into healing scripts before this becomes a phobia (he keeps checking his heart).
Any feedback from others welcome.

...and I should have added only when he is falling asleep or in the middle of the night if he gets awaken by it....Drs can't find anything wrong with his heart...
