Hypnosis for client with Downs Syndrome
While searching the web I found this site. The only entries are from years ago. I have worked with 25,000+ clients, using hypnosis, since the mid 80's. But I have never worked with anyone with Downs and I was recently approached by the father of a 36 y.o. male living in a group home who has some "aggressive behavior". He wondered if hypnosis could be used as an intervention. Anyone have any experience?

I've used hypnosis for a 5 year old with autism who was biting 3 year old brother, mo,m, dad, principal, teacher, and students at school about to be kicked out for the behavior, and in one session he stopped biting--and he hasn't since..that was 10 years ago.
