Healing from narcisist and verbally abuse parent
I have a client who grew up with a very critical mom who always put her down and told her she is fat and ugly. She finds it hard to see herself as desirable and has a very negative view of the world, and doesn't believe that she can change anymore. Is there a script to heal from the criticism of the parent and to pass back all those judgements she received over the years.
