I have been asked a put a trigger in during hypnosis to wake someone up. Basically the person sleeps too deeply and can not wake up in a morning even if he is called several times by someone in his room. His father has asked if a word could be put in that when he says it his son wakes up. This problem is really affecting his life, he has missed work and lost jobs because of it. Any advice gladly received.

Hi Jayne, have you tried using the Morning Person script as that includes suggestions to wake up early. The problem with your client's father using a trigger word is the your client would quickly learn to discount it so he really needs to have the desire to get up himself. I will take a look at the script later this week though and see if the suggestions can be reinforced.
