Stress and must go to toilet

Hi there,

I got the following message:
Hey Ari!
This is xxxx (xxxx's friend)
You told me that you are a hypnotherapist, and that you have helped several people.
Now xxxx and I are back from holiday, and it was great, but unfortunately I had the same problem again...
Namely that in stressful situations I have to go to the toilet straight away and I can't hold it in.
I was wondering if it is possible to help me tackle this problem? I really want to just go on a trip or do things without having to go through the same shitty situation again.
I just want to be able to enjoy and look forward to new things/trips and not have to worry.

Could you help me?

I had a client with a similar issue, I did some anxiety management scripts, and then a fear of bodily functions that combination really worked

“I find the selection of scripts provided excellent. I am enjoying going through them. I have used several so far on my clients and they work a treat.”
