Self Hypnosis Script
Jun 19th, 2023 05:13

Hi everyone

I'm not a hypnotherapist but a personal client.

Can the scripts that are available on Hypnoticworld be used for self-hypnosis? I know that these scripts are designed for hypnotherapists to be used on clients, but what if I'm doing self-hypnosis? Should the wording be "I" rather than "you're" - does it matter?

Thanks

Yes absolutely, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, record yourself reading it in this fashion, I can teach you self-hypnosis too

You can easily use these scripts for self-hypnosis by changing the "you" to "I" and personalizing some suggestions.
