Looking for a script for Punctuality

Hello Everyone,
I hope you are all doing well.

I have a client that is chronically late to appointments. We have worked on the anxiety aspect of her issue, but now I would like to find a good script specifically for helping her to be on time. What has worked for you? Does anyone have a script for punctuality?

Thank you very much,

I found that with a couple 9f my clients, they started off a few minutes late but then would turn up very late. I found that one client turned up 40 minutes late fir a 1 hour appointment, I charged them for that appointment and told them that I was unable to see them for a session that day as we didn't have enough time. Booked them in for 2 days later and they arrived on time. My time is valuable and once you 0ut those boundaries in, their subconscious will accept it

Thank you for your advise. I do need to make these kind of boundaries. So far, she hasn't been too late for our sessions.
