Client Recording Session

If you record it all and have a pc you can download a free program called audacity for pc to select the parts of the recording you want to gve to the client.

Hi Traci, the simplest solution is to record your session from the point that you begin the formal hypnosis. I usually build in a little catch up time ( a few minutes at the beginning of each session to ask how they're doing, how's life, how's progress etc) and then I'll start off with the usual... 'Okay, have a shuffle around - get yourself comfortable..." and I'll begin recording from this point. That way, when the client listens on another occasion they begin with "okay have a shuffle around..." and they go straight into a recorded session. Once at the end of the session, when you've 'released' or awakened them I give a few seconds and finish off with a 'welcome back'. and recording ends. Once you become more fluent with the audio program, you might piece together separate pre-recorded tracks so that you don't have to record a full session each time. You would place the induction and deepener on the track first and then record your specific suggestions and then tail off with the formal release. It saves mountains of time doing it this way and you begin to get a volume of pre-recorded specific suggestion tracks that you can use in the future. I mainly use audacity, it has served me well for over 15 years, and it's entirely free.

Hi, Thank you for responding, I am still very new to this process, so my apologies for not understanding. When you say induction and deepners used require no interaction meaning client doesn't need to respond or do anything? When you say convincers what do you mean?

Hi Traci,
If I am recording a session for a client I am mindful of this and ensure that the induction and deepens used don't require any interaction and I don't use convincers at all for recorded sessions.

So I make sure when I am preparing my sessions that it will be suitable for recording and sharing with the client.

Also I have a few pre-records that I use for specific issues.
