Perseverance
I have a client that wants to work on Perseverance. She says she continually starts projects but doesn't see them through. She starts and then stops, then starts another project and stops and so it goes on and on.

what's her motivation for starting and stopping? is it fear of failure, lack of motivation or self esteem?

There is a "Completing Tasks" script in the Performance category.

Hi Barbara. I spoke to my client and she thinks it's a fear of failure and self-esteem.

Is it the excitement of starting a new project and then when the project starts to become mundane she moves on to the next exciting project?

Hi Sabina, that could also be a challenge, but as I know her, I think it is more that she feels "it's not good enough" and then tries something different.

It sounds like a self esteem script could be adapted for her with fear of failure added in.
