Fear of wheelchairs and disability in others

Hi, I’m Quinn I am 14 and I have the same fear and I sometimes break down in a panic attack and start crying and can’t think straight. One of many ways I can be affected by this fear is if I listen to music specifically in the car or just anywhere I can just think to myself. It’s very annoying because I don’t know how to fix it and I’m tired of having random panic attacks in the car.

Thanks for your post. It seems that this fear might have recently developed or been dormant for some time, resulting from an experience in her past. She may not even consciously recall where, when and why which is why I feel that regression is the best path to take. Once your client can understand the reason behind her fear (perhaps she lost a relative or was warned about avoiding contamination? - just a guess) then she should be able to rationalize it in her mind with your help.
