Over analysing, catastrophising, dramatising

Hi

I have a client (childminder) who spends a lot of time risk assessing things that have already happened, not necessarily bad things. Going over things which happened in the past in her head, thinking about how they could have been improved analysing how things could have been safer. Obviously she needs this type of ability for her job but it has become too extreme and she has negative / worst outcome thoughts about a lot of things and it is exhausting her. Are there any scripts that you would recommend? so she can get some perspective on her thoughts? Thanks
