Claustrophobia Self Hypnosis MP3 (Download/CD)
Stephen Armstrong DHP; Faith Waude DHP Acc. Hyp.
Beat your fear of closed spaces with this hypnosis MP3.*
From the Latin 'claustrum,' for a confined space and the Greek 'phobos,' for fear, claustrophobia is an extreme fear in confined areas such as caves, tunnels, auto-locking cars, public restrooms, elevators, even rooms with sealed windows, and especially airplanes triggering a panic or anxiety attack. Although the disorder has probably been around much longer, an article about this anxiety disorder was published in the British Medical Journal in 1879 by a Dr B Bull of Paris.

"I used this along side some hypnotherapy relating to flying, when we realised it was the tunnel that sets me off, I listened to this before and at the airport and on holiday and it just makes to concentrate more and not go straight into panic mode"*
