One of the most common uses for hypnosis is instilling self-confidence and a feeling of personal pride.
Hypnosis reaches a part of the subconscious that is not usually accessible in everyday life. The unfortunate thing is that the messages we hear that chip away at our self-esteem reach our subconscious.
We process these messages in a way that is detrimental and long-lasting, and even when we try to undo these messages and build ourselves up, the positive messages do not reach our subconscious in the same manner that the negative ones did. This script will enable you or your client to relax, reflect on your self-image, and build your self-confidence and personal pride.
The script enables the practitioner to look inside and appreciate their own special uniqueness. Often, people think of their unique traits as a hindrance. A lot of times people will think "if only I could be like so and so," or they view their differences as being cumbersome and troubling. The script will guide you in the direction of appreciating these special characteristics that make us who we are.
