Sport Performance Master Class
Excelling in ones chosen sport requires skill, physical fitness and an optimum mind-set.
If it seems that only certain 'privileged' sports people reach the top then this does not necessarily mean that they are any better than you at what they do - their edge lies within their self-belief and conviction that they can and will win. This in itself motivates them to aim for nothing less than the top.
Self-doubt, mental blocks, last minute nerves, lack of confidence or concentration are just a few of the obstacles that sports personalities have to overcome in order to reach their goal.
Because these issues stem from the way that people think of or perceive themselves it is easy to see why hypnosis and sport psychology can help - after all - they are targeting the very area where the problem stems from - the belief system - the subconscious mind.
Many sport personalities have already discovered that the secret of a successful performance lies with their thinking processes and with the help of hypnotherapy to enhance their state of focused concentration, mental agility and sense of 'being in the zone' as well as removing any mental blocks and gaining more confidence and self-belief they have been able to reach heights that they would never previously dreamt of.
Amongst sport personalities who have successfully used hypnosis to help them to improve their game are: Golfers Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Gaganjeet Bhullar, WBC Super Middleweight Champion Nigel Benn, Boxers Frank Bruno and Steve Collins, England cricket captain Mike Brearley, Athlete Iwan Thomas, Shot Put champion and Olympian Alison Rodger, 20 Cricket Cup Champions from Pakistan, Ipswich Town and Swindon Town Football teams (to name just a few).
Whether you are an sport enthusiast, a sports coach or trainer or a Hypnotherapist working with individuals or teams to improve their sport performance this one day High Flyer Sport Master Class will demonstrate how to achieve the very best - either for yourself or your clients.
