Hypnotic World is bringing the Workshop to your area:  Read on

The April 2004 Hypnotic World Workshop was a huge success.  Stage Hypnotist and Clinical Hypnotherapist Christine Ratchford started with her talk and demonstrations on Rapid Inductions and Suggestibility Tests - giving away some of the secrets of stage hypnosis.  Participants practised their Rapid Induction techniques amongst themselves under the guidance of Chris and Faith.

After the refreshments, Chris was followed by Douglas McCallum who did a group Time Line regression session starting with the induction, through to the deepener and into the Time Line regression and everyone who wanted to participated.  They later discussed where their Time Lines were and in what context they could use this type of therapy.

Steve Armstrong gave a group introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).  Many hypnotherapists are now in great demand for EFT and as participants were encouraged to practice these techniques on themselves many of them reported a remarkable decrease in their negative emotional response.  He also explained about 'surrogate tapping' and answered questions on the subject.

Faith Waude presented a new technique devised by David North (who unfortunately could not attend) on Restructuring Personality.  This involves using a Pendulum and Symbols to gain acceptance for self-change from the subconscious mind.  Attendees were given Pendulums and Charts to practise this between themselves.

On the whole it was a fun-filled night, it was good to be able to put faces to names and we hope some lasting friendships have been formed. 

We've had many request to hold these workshops in other areas to make them accessible to other members so we're planning a series of workshops around the country.
