Simple
induction and regression script to enable utilization of an inner search of
the subconscious mind.
(to facilitate problem resolution)
Okay, let's start by getting yourself really comfortable, really physically
comfortable. Settle back into the chair and just begin to relax . . .
that's right . . .just - relax.
But you
know, I really don't want you to relax too quickly, so, it's all up to you,
just relax, and listen to my voice. Nothing to do right now, nothing
you need to say, no need to move - just relax.
Look
upwards now, and you'll see that dot on the ceiling. A blue dot, it's
round in shape and blue in color. But the shape . . . and the color
- aren't important, all that I ask of you is that you concentrate totally on
that spot for a while, as you listen to my voice . .and continue to relax,
and just let go, for a while.
That's right now, eyes fixed on that spot, allowing it to fill your field of
vision - nothing else matters right now - just you relaxing in the chair -
and the sound of my voice - and that point in the distance - and the feeling
of peace settling over you, like a warm, velvet blanket - as you continue to
let go, relax and drift a little deeper.
As
you stare at that spot, something will happen. Something will change.
The spot may seem to drift or float - move around a little - or even change
shape - change color. As you continue listening to my voice - staring
at the spot, and drifting deeper now. As you begin to notice these
changes taking place out there, you'll be able to feel some changes taking
place right here - right now.
Your eyes
are becoming tired of looking at the spot - and they want to close - and
that's okay, because we've all had the pleasant experience of staring into a
warm fire -
or out into the
distance - and our eyes become heavy, so very heavy. Your eyelids as
heavy as lead - so heavy now - your eyes becoming tired and maybe a little
dry, or even a little moist, I really don't know which it is, as yet . . .as
your body allows your mind to relax, all those parts that you need to relax
right now.
And it's
okay for those eyes to feel tired - they want to relax - they want to let go
- and you continue to relax - deeper and deeper now - that's right - eyes
tired - heavy, heavy as lead, relaxed, so relaxed . . .so sleepy. Feel
that heaviness in those eyelids now.
And
those eyes are able to close - as if all on their own - and they will close
- they will close - and rest that heavy tiredness, just for a while, just
for a while.
Repeat until eyes close
Now, as I
count slowly backward from seven down to one, feel yourself floating down
deeper, more and more asleep with each number. More and more deeply
hypnotised. SEVEN
.. SIX
more and more relaxed
. FIVE
. (and so on)
.. ONE
.. deeply relaxed, deeply asleep now
Good! Now with each breath you take, each time you
breathe out, drift deeper, even deeper now. Allow yourself to
become heavy, as heavy as lead, your whole body sinking deep down, deeper
down into that chair now. Feel it sinking down
. Heavy, but so
comfortable. Heavy but so comfortable. As heavy as lead now, and drifting
down, further down with each word I speak
in fact every word you hear now
will take you deeper
.. deeper down and so relaxed
good. Deeper, and
deeper.
Now
. Allow your mind to drift back, back in time
beyond this morning
.. even beyond last night
. Drift back in time
drift back now. Back, back in time
We all know do we not that there
are times in the past when certain things happened to trouble you. Some
troubled you a great deal, some a little less
. So, as you drift back in
time, Id like you to pause at that trouble spot, pause at that trouble spot
which is the main cause of your problem right now, the main cause of your
problem right now
and as you pause, allow this finger (indicate which
finger) to lift as if all by itself
just to let me know that you have
arrived where it is that youre going. Just allow this finger (indicate) to
lift when you arrive there at your trouble spot. Drift back in time now,
drift back, and well wait patiently for that finger (Wait for finger)
Good. (Lower finger)
Now. Relax. When youre aware that the
other part of your mind, your subconscious mind, will be able to present
you with a reasonable, sensible solution to this problem, a solution which
is most beneficial for you at this time, will this finger (indicate finger)
rise all by itself, just to let me know that you are there? (Wait for
finger)
(IF NO FINGER SIGNAL IN REASONABLE TIME:
If that other part of your mind is not quite ready to
deal with that problem right at this time, but at a later date
allow this
finger to lift now
. )
Good
.. now with a certainty that the problem can be resolved, in the best way
possible, and for your benefit
make ready to drift back to this time, and
this place. As you do return, bring back with you the knowledge that today
youve achieved something of great importance, something of great benefit to
you. Something which can stay with you for as long as you may need it
to.
In a
moment Ill count slowly from one up to five, on the count of five your eyes
will open. On the count of five your eyes will open, and youll be wide
awake and so refreshed.
When you do awaken, do one thing; remember, remember to
forget those things which are best forgotten
. Or
.. forget to remember
those things best left behind
left behind, remembered, but forgotten too
.
Good. Time to drift back now. 1

.. back to the surface of awareness now

And FIVE, eyes open, wide awake, feeling so refreshed!
