Perhaps you've had the experience of feeling that you've been somewhere before, or known someone a long time ago - maybe your head tells you 'No" but your heart says "Yes"....Most of us have experienced deja vu at some time in our life. Some of us have had recurring dreams about places or people or situations for which there is no logical explanation. I know personally of people who have suffered terrible fears and phobias of things which just don't make sense to them at all. Part of their lives are shadowed by an unexplainable fear - until they step into the light. In this section of Hypnotic World we're going to be Stepping Into The Light several times in the search for our previous existence. It doesn't matter whether you believe or not - you could conclude this experience with strong doubts about whether or not it was all in your imagination - and yet, your life will be changed forever, as a result of just one experience. Over three quarters of the world's population already believe in past life existence, yet we westerners need that personal proof, and even when we get that proof we still have a tendency to doubt. Why is this? Children who are extra sensitive to past life impressions often talk about what they remember and they may be chided by older siblings or parents or worse still, made fun of. This conditions them to 'forget' those memories. Furthermore we may lose a loved one, grandparents, for example. The sobriety of death and the distress of the bereaved all serve to reinforce the finality of life. Were we to celebrate the life of the person and openly acknowledge to our children that we are crying for ourselves, because it is OUR loss, we won't see our loved one again (not yet, anyway), it might be a different story. We could wear bright colors instead of black, sing happy songs instead of mournful ones, this would convey a completely different meaning about death. So what happens at death? You might ask. Does any living thing ever cease to exist? Science tells us that the world is ever changing. Everything that is in the world today, was here in one form or another when the world first created itself. The physical body will decay and the soul fly free. The soul is part of God, part of one, part of the Universe. And all around, in the Universe, is Intelligence. Now I call it the soul, but you may think of it by another name. Like I refer to God. Whose God? Mine or Yours? What does it matter. In essence I believe God to be the power, or driving force of the Universe itself. I don't really care whether that's right or not, its just one way of expressing my belief. We are all part of God, just as God is part of us. So the memory of that existence departs with the soul when the life is ended. The soul eventually Steps Into The Light. Depending on the level of spirituality acquired or lessons which need to be learned, that soul may eventually be reborn within another entity, but to continue remembering a previous existence would hinder any progress in the new life, and so it would be relegated into the world of the subconscious. As we all know, the subconscious mind can be accessed via hypnosis. That's not the only way it can be accessed though. Other ways are through meditation, yoga, altered states, frenzy, deep relaxation, dream recall, spontaneous association, Christos Technique, etc. etc. This section of Hypnotic World aims to help you to remember parts of your past life or lives.
