PWL Script 3 - Reducing Food Intake


Remember to begin your chosen induction and deepener and then continue with the main script:

 

I’m eating smaller portion of healthy food – and because I’m eating smaller portions of food my body becomes lighter and healthier – I have more energy – more strength and more vitality. I now have time to do good things for myself and I really begin to use my body in a beneficial and energetic way. My inner mind knows exactly how much I need to weight and it shows me the right way – the more I use my body, the healthier and fitter it becomes. I have much more energy, much more vitality and I’m really beginning to enjoy my life more and more. I listen to my inner mind and I am in tune with my body, mind and spirit. I now know exactly how much food my body needs to achieve it’s goal, and when I’ve had enough, I simply stop eating. I also know exactly how much exercise my body needs. I know when to start and when to stop, and all parts of my body, mind and spirit are working in harmony together.
