Food never solves anything for me. From now on I only eat when I’m hungry. When
I’m not hungry I don’t eat. When I’ve had enough to eat, I stop eating, that’s
all there is to it. When I was a baby I sought comfort from the bottle or the
breast, but those days have gone. I’m not a baby anymore, I am a mature adult
and I’m fully in control of my actions, my mind, my body and my health.
In fact I’m really beginning to enjoy myself being in
control, instead of others calling the tune. I decide what goes into my body.
Not anyone else. Me. And I decide that good, healthy food, in small amounts, is
all that my body needs. I really WANT to lose weight. It’s FUN to lose weight.
LOSING WEIGHT is a fun and easy thing for me to do. I’m in complete control of
my body, my health, and what I put into my body, turns into a strong and
healthy, well proportioned body. Lighter and more attractive and more energetic.
